
Melinda Ward
Peabody Properties, a full-service real estate and property management firm, is proud to announce that Resident Service Coordinator Melinda Ward has earned a Master of Public Policy (MPP) from Northeastern University.
The MPP is the recognized industry standard for public policy analysis, design and evaluation.
A member of the Peabody Properties team since 2018, Ward is the Resident Service Coordinator at Fieldstone Apartments in Dorchester and Riviera Condominium and Renwood Apartments in Boston.
In addition to her recent MPP, Ward also holds a bachelor’s degree in political science, sociology and English from Carlow University and a Certificate in Community Development from Mel King Institute.
Ward is a resident of Quincy, Massachusetts, and an active volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Massachusetts Bay and Elevate Youth.
