James Koury, formally of HFF and now Senior Managing Director with Marcus & Millichap’s IPA division in Boston, announces the sale of Milford Crossing Shopping center. Koury represented the seller, R.D. Management, and introduced the buyer, JLL Income Property Trust, on the $42,000,000 sale. The 160,000-square-foot shopping center, located approximately 35 miles southwest of Boston, was anchored by a K-Mart prior to RD Management renovating the center and replacing the K-Mart with a Stop and Shop, TJ Maxx and Home Goods. The center was 99% leased and included several national tenants including restaurants, medical, fitness and service-oriented retailers at the time of sale.
