Full-service real estate and property management firm Peabody Properties is proud to announce that Resident Service Coordinator Michelle Coppi has been recognized as Resident Services Professional of the Year by the New England Affordable Housing Management Association (NEAHMA).
Coppi is the Resident Services Coordinator at Mazur Park Apartments and Rogers Hall in Lowell, where she works with area provider agencies to coordinate wellness, educational, cultural and other enrichment programs to enhance the overall quality of life for residents.
A graduate of Westfield State College with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, Coppi earned her master’s degree in criminal justice from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell and is a Licensed Social Worker.
She was named Resident Services Professional of the Year at the recent NEAHMA Annual Industry Awards reception, held in conjunction with the organization’s Annual Conference & Trade Show.
A resident of Tewksbury, Massachusetts, Coppi joined Peabody Properties in April of 2017.
