Cook joins a growing and experienced team of professionals in the company’s East Greenwich office. Cook, a Rhode Island native, has also lived in North Kingstown and Warwick, and graduated from Bishop Hendricken High School before going on to Bentley University to earn his Bachelor’s Degree. He brings a resume of thirty years’ experience that includes sales, marketing, and business development. Cook has been in the real estate business for nearly twenty years and was affiliated with several agencies before joining Berkshire Hathaway.

He holds several key real estate professional designations, including ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), e-PRO® (Certified Internet Professional), GRI (Graduate REALTORS Institute), and SRS (Seller Representative Specialist).

During his career, Cook has earned a number of professional recognitions, including the 5-Star Real Estate Professional designation. While a Broker at an independent brokerage, the agency was recognized as #1 Real Estate agency by Readers’ Choice in the Providence Journal. Cook was also recognized in America’s Best Real Estate Agents by Zillow Group, as well as “Ten Best for Client Satisfaction” by the American Institute of Real Estate Professionals.

Cook has experience in both residential and commercial real estate and counts single-family, multi-family, condominiums, and vacation properties among his areas of expertise.

His son, James Cook, currently a sophomore at Salve Regina University, and a licensed real estate agent has also joined his father’s real estate team.
