
Newly Renovated Property Attracts Diverse Set of Tenants
Cushman & Wakefield announced today that five tenants have leased approximately 90,000 square feet of space at 100 Crossing Blvd. in Framingham, Massachusetts, bringing the property to 90 percent leased. Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate firm, represented the owners, UBS and National Development, in the transactions.
Health Drive Corporation (22,981 sf.), Eppendorf North America (13,893 sf.), Emerald Expositions (8,928 sf.) and Providers Health Council (7,036 sf.) are new tenants to the park. Workhuman has extended and expanded its current lease, adding 36,980 sf. to its office space now totaling 92,352 sf.
100 Crossing Blvd. is part of a four-building, 400,000 sf. Class-A office portfolio, located at the corner of Route 9 and the Massachusetts Turnpike. The 100,000 sf. building has recently been renovated and features a new lobby, updated common areas, a state-of-the-art fitness facility and new food options for tenants.
