ATCO Properties & Management Completes Four Leases Totaling 25,127 SF At 630 Third Avenue In Midtown East

ATCO Properties & Management announced today that it has completed four new leases and renewals totaling 25,127 square feet at 630 Third Avenue, a 23-story, 252,000 square-foot class A office property in Midtown East.

In the largest transaction, law firm Leader Berkon Colao & Silverstein LLP has signed a five-year, 10,193 square-foot lease renewal across a portion of the 17th floor at the boutique office building, which is located on the southeast corner of East 41st Street. The firm, which has been in the building since 2002, will remain until 2024.

In addition, The Consulate General of Uzbekistan and Permanent Mission of Uzbekistan to the United Nations has completed a 10-year, 5,378 square-foot lease on a portion of the 5th floor. The new lease will commence in January 2020.

ATCO has also completed a seven-year lease renewal for law firm Cox, Padmore, Skolnik & Shakarchy, LLP and a one-year lease renewal for independent brokerage firm Katalyst Securities LLC. The law firm currently occupies 5,305 square feet on a portion of the 17th floor, and Katalyst is currently housed in 4,251 square feet on the 5th floor.

Ownership was represented by Jonathan Franzel and Brittany Silver of Newmark Knight Frank in the Mission of Uzbekistan to the United Nations transaction; Jonathan Franzel of Newmark Knight Frank in the Katalyst Securities renewal; and Atco Brokerage Services for the Leader Berkon Colao & Silverstein LLP and Cox, Padmore, Skolnik & Shakarchy LLP transactions. Asking rents were in the $65 to $69 per square foot range.
