The Peabody Companies, a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms, announces that Mark Regan, Mark Dubos, and Kerri D’Amico have all been recently promoted.

Regan, a resident of Norwood, now serves as Director of Facilities. His focus will include all facets of facilities management, safety, and risk management/risk mitigation and training. He has been with the company since 1984. Most recently he served as Assistant Facilities Director.
Dubos, of Derry, N.H., has been promoted from Facilities Manager/HVAC Specialist to Director of Facilities – Energy Management and Sustainability. Dubos specializes in energy management, environmental compliance, sustainability initiatives, and training for the company. He has also worked for Peabody since 1984.
D’Amico, a resident of Acushnet, was promoted from Senior Manager to Director of Capital Planning/Senior Manager. She has worked with Peabody since 2009. In her new role, D’Amico’s primary areas of focus include capital planning and project management. In addition, she will continue in her role as Senior Manager, overseeing a portion of her current management portfolio.
