Wellesley broker named #40 of top 250 Agents in the Nation; honored by Banking New England Magazine as a 2019 Woman of Fire
Debi Benoit, principal of Benoit, Mizner Simon & Co. recently ranked #40 in the nation for individual sales volume by REAL Trends, The Thousand Report, as advertised in The Wall Street Journal. Benoit’s transaction volume exceeded $176 million in 2018, and this is the 10th consecutive year that Benoit has been honored by Real Trends as one of the country’s top producers.
Just last week, Benoit learned that she was also selected as one of Banking New England Magazine’s 2019 Women of Fire. The award honors the most talented, ambitious, innovative and philanthropic women in Finance, Insurance and Real Estate in New England.
This has been a busy summer of recognition for Debi Benoit. In addition to the national and regional honors, Benoit was also named the #2 Massachusetts individual producer in Boston Magazine’s Top Real Estate Producers June issue, based on 2018 residential sales volume. She has maintained the #1 broker status in Wellesley for 13 consecutive years in this highly competitive market, was ranked the #1 broker in Massachusetts for single family homes for the past three years and is closing in on $2 billion in total career sales.
“The best individual agents and teams’ award-winning efforts were phenomenal considering the competition in the real estate market,” said Steve Murray, president of Castle Rock, Colorado-based consulting company REAL trends, which compiled the list.
Benoit lectures on entrepreneurship at Bentley University, mentors young agents and brokers and pays her success forward through charitable donations and volunteer efforts that include MassGeneral Hospital for Children and the American Cancer Society. She is well-known for her annual holiday toy drive that collects and distributes thousands of toys to sick children at MassGeneral Hospital for Children.
“Debi is a force of nature and it’s not surprising that she is a success. Her energy, enthusiasm and dedication to our clients is unparalleled,” said Kristine Beimford, Wellesley office director. “What impresses me most about Debi is her willingness to share her knowledge with other brokers and associates to help them grow professionally and make their mark in the industry.”
