Tamme Polson
The Peabody Companies, a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms, announces that Tamme Polson has been recently promoted to Senior Director of Compliance.
Polson, a resident of Plymouth, joined the Peabody team in 2017 as Director of Compliance, New Business. In this role, she ensured the accurate coordination of all facets of new lease-ups and occupancy, all lottery and application approval reviews for new move-ins, and all reporting requirements, while supervising two Senior/Occupancy Managers for lease-ups.
With this promotion to Senior Director of Compliance, she will supervise seven team members – Senior Compliance Managers, Compliance Managers, and Administrative Support – and will be directly responsible for the review of owner submitted financial applications, regulatory documents and preparation of Tenant Selection Plans, Affirmative Fair Housing Marketing Plans and the Affordability Matrix. In addition, Polson acts as liaison for The Peabody Companies’ owner representatives and regulatory agencies, ensuring accurate coordination of all facets of monitoring the existing portfolio, new lease-ups and occupancy, as well as efforts involving the takeover of affordable housing developments – LIHTC HOME, AHT and SECTION 8, among others.
Polson’s personal interests consist of music, interior design, gardening, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. Her designations include NAHMA – Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO), AHM – Assisted Housing Manager, and SHCM – Specialist in Housing Credit Management.
