BayCoast Mortgage Company, LLC is excited to announce that its Chase Team is now operating from an office in Plymouth’s recently developed Cranberry Crescent Plaza at 9 Commerce Way.
An open house grand opening will be held on Thursday, July 18th from 3-7 PM. All members of the community are invited to attend.

Walk-in preapproval hours will be held on Thursdays from 5-7 PM and Saturdays from 9 AM-12 PM or by appointment. Clients will need to bring in a packet of required documents and will be able to walk out with a preapproval letter before heading out to an open house. The Chase Team can also provide walk-in clients with recommendations for a local realtor, attorney, builder and/or home inspector.
With the shift to online lending and call centers within the mortgage industry many consumers are losing the bond and expertise of a local lender. Buying a new home is a large undertaking and can easily feel overwhelming. BayCoast Mortgage knows that when their customers have the option to have an in-person meeting with their Loan Officer in a boutique setting it can help them to feel much more comfortable with a process that should be an exciting one.
