The Peabody Companies, a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms, recently launched into the 5th year of offering their Summer Internship Program. This program offers students an opportunity to complete a 10-week paid internship at one of Peabody’s many managed communities, or at the corporate office, where they learn by doing and gain experience and knowledge to develop their skills for future business endeavors.
This year Peabody has brought on 11 interns, who are immersed in the open, inclusive, and inspired Peabody culture. The program is heavily focused on one-on-one mentoring, led by Peabody’s most seasoned professionals, and assignments are based on Peabody’s current hiring needs. (Many interns have returned to the company as full-time employees.)
Peabody’s summer interns included Rahsai Banks-Lee, Compliance Intern, of Holbrook; Steven Scurti, Administrative Intern at Lamplighter Village in Canton, of Easton; Dinah Salomon, Administrative Intern, of Sharon; Bennett Daniel, Marketing Intern, of Weston; Alex Martini, Creative Intern, of Cohasset; Ashleigh Earle, Payroll Intern, of Holbrook; Zachary Ross, Administrative Intern at Framingham Green Apartments in Framingham, of Hingham; Peter Dalimonte, Landscaping Intern at Hewitts Landing in Hingham, of Wayland; and Maximilian Runci, Leasing Intern at Christopher Columbus Plaza in Boston, of Boston.
