High-Performing Employees Given New Leadership Roles Upon Company’s Rapid Growth

Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate services firm, has promoted eight brokers in its New England offices. With the company experiencing rapid growth in the local market, these promotions come at a crucial time and will help reinforce Cushman & Wakefield’s focus on providing unparalleled client-centered customer service.

Those promoted include:

Jay Wagner, Executive Managing Director: Wagner is the co-head of Cushman & Wakefield’s Boston-based Senior Housing Capital Markets Group. His primary duties include originating, structuring and executing senior housing investment sales, equity investments and debt financings for clients around the country.

Michael O’Leary, Executive Director: With over 15 years of experience, O’Leary represents tenants and landlords in the leasing of office and lab space in the Route 128 Central submarket. He was a member of the teams who won the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA) Suburban Deal of the Year Award in 2014 and 2015.

Ryan Romano, Executive Director: Romano provides advisory services for Boston-based global clients and is a member of the Route 128 Central team as well as the Growth Advisory Team. In 2010, Ryan was awarded the Commercial Brokers Association’s Rising Star Award.

Aaron Rosenzweig, Managing Director: Rosenzweig has been a part of the company’s Equity Debt & Structured Finance group since 2011. In this role, his primary focus is on originating, structuring, selling, and placing debt and equity investments nationally on senior housing and healthcare properties.

Connor Barnes, Managing Director: Barnes focuses on tenant representation in the lease and sale of office and lab/manufacturing space. He is a member of the Growth Advisory Team and the Cambridge Advisory Services group.

Evan O’Brien, Senior Director: He has been with Cushman & Wakefield’s Hartford office since 2005, where he helped form the New Haven County team. O’Brien is responsible for building and maintaining business relationships in the Connecticut and New Haven marketplace and advising clients in negotiations and the structuring of lease and sale transactions.

George O’Connor, Director: His expertise is in the south suburban Boston real estate submarket, where he represents companies and developers in leasing and selling office, research and development, laboratory, manufacturing, and distribution/warehouse space. O’Connor is the 2019 Cushman & Wakefield Future Leaders (CWFL) Boston lead.

Elizabeth Donatoni, Senior Associate: Donatoni focuses primarily on lab, R&D and office space for tenants and landlords in Cambridge and the Longwood Medical Area (LMA). She is also a member of the Cushman & Wakefield national Healthcare Practice Group. These promotions follow the recent appointments of Managing Directors Reena Patel and Deanne Munger to leadership roles with the Lease Administration and Lease Audit teams, respectively.
