Bloom, partner in the firm’s Real Estate Department, chaired the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) seminar, “Negotiating & Drafting Office & Retail Leases.” The seminar examined and compared office and retail leasing transactions, analyzed the effects of e-commerce and the Internet on retail leasing, and examined how office leasing has been influenced by Millennials in the workforce. The event was held at the Boston MCLE Conference Center on Wednesday, May 22, 2019.
