WHAT: MassMutual leadership will be joined by state and city officials, business leaders, development partners and employees as it celebrates a major milestone in the expansion of its operations in Boston’s Seaport: breaking ground on its new build-to-suit commercial building, 10 Fan Pier Boulevard.

The ceremony commemorating the start of construction on the 17-story, 310,000 square foot building in the dynamic Seaport District will highlight the company’s multi-year plan to expand its footprint in its home state of Massachusetts and celebrate the company’s growing presence in Boston. Once completed, 10 Fan Pier Boulevard is expected to house approximately 1,000 MassMutual employees.
