Full-service real estate and property management firm Peabody Properties is proud to announce that eight of their team members recently passed the Fair Housing Compliance (FHC) examination.
Alan Rias, resident service coordinator at Blue Elm United Estates in Dorchester and resident of Attleboro; Jacquie Larivee, senior resident services manager at Bedford Green in Bedford and resident of Melrose; Marguerite Marcotte, property manager of Rogers Hall in Lowell and resident of Andover; Lisa Gagne, resident services manager at Pynchon/Edgewater Apartments in Springfield and Powdermill Village in Westfield and resident of Greenfield; Marcy Grady, resident services manager for the PRSI portfolio and resident of Lowell; Misty Pisani, senior resident services manager at Charlesview Residences in Brighton and resident of Randolph; Kim Wong, assistant property manager at Charlesview Residences in Brighton and resident of Quincy; and Victoria Hanson, multi-site manager at 30 Pine in Gardner and resident of Fitchburg all passed the Fair Housing Compliance examination last month, which was also (coincidentally) Fair Housing Month.
They are now among an elite group of industry professionals who specialize in the management of affordable and government-assisted housing. The FHC is an integral component of the National Affordable Housing Management Association’s (NAHMA) most prestigious designation, National Housing Professional (NAHP®).
