Gahr arranges 2,100-square-foot lease for the medical spa at 181 Seventh Avenue
Cory Gahr, Managing Director, of Lee & Associates NYC has negotiated a ground-floor, 2,100-square-foot lease at 181 Seventh Avenue, between West 20th and West 21st Streets, for dr LASER. The company specializes in laser hair removal, tattoo removal, and skin rejuvenation treatments. This will be the first New York City outpost for dr LASER which currently has four locations in the Los Angeles area. The team also plans on expanding into Orange County, San Francisco and San Diego.

The owner, JVL Realty Associates, was represented by Paul Wexler and Alisia Ramlochan of Corcoran. The lease term is 10 years and dr LASER is expected to take occupancy in the summer of 2019.
