BayCoast Bank is pleased to announce the opening of its newest branch located in Cranston, Rhode Island. Although the bank was open for business mid-March, the bank officially celebrated its opening with a ribbon-cutting, which took place on Friday, April 5, at 10 a.m., in collaboration with the Greater Cranston Chamber of Commerce and with Cranston city officials and Cranston Mayor Allan Fung in attendance.
Located at 85 Sockanosset Cross Road, this is the 20th BayCoast Bank branch throughout the South Coast of Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Linda Rodriguez has been named branch manager of the Cranston location.
This new full-service banking location offers ample parking and full-service banking in the lobby, which includes a self-service coin machine, safe deposit boxes, instant issue debit/ATM cards, foreign currency exchange, and much more. The lobby is open Monday through Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Thursday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
In addition, drive-up ITM/ATMs are available for customer convenience. Withdrawals, deposits, loan payments, check cashing, transfers between accounts and other transactions are some of the features offered at the ITM, all with the convenience of talking with an employee during and beyond the lobby’s regular business hours. The drive-up ITMs are available from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays. The ITM can also be used as an ATM 24/7.
The office also includes a Loan Center where both residential mortgage lenders and commercial lenders are available by appointment to assist with clients’ lending needs.
