Freudenheim Partners (FP) announced today that it brokered a 15,000-square-foot sublease on behalf of Luminoso Technologies, Inc. at 125 High Street in Boston. Executive Vice President Ellie Cullinan and Associate David Tackeff represented Luminoso in the transaction, while JLL represented the sublandlord Thales Group.

Ellie said of the transaction: "Luminoso faced two challenges in their office space search: the increasingly competitive Boston area market for office space and a rapidly-expanding headcount.
