Tara Iula D’Angelo, and Housing Solutions Offer First Time Homebuyers Seminar

Tara Iula D’Angelo, a Realtor with Keller Williams Colonial Partners, teamed up recently with Housing Solutions (housingsolutionsema.org) to offer a “First Time Homebuyers Seminar” at the Housing Solutions location at 169 Summer Street.

The seminar included practical advice for anyone considering the purchase of a home, including:

  • The mortgage pre approval process
  • Selecting a realtor to help look at and evaluate properties
  • The offer to purchase
  • The home inspection process
  • Purchase and sale agreement
  • Closing steps
