Peabody Properties, a full-service real estate and property management firm, announced today the launch of Compassionate Care Concierge, a new, in-home, senior care program that expands the services offerings of Peabody Resident Services, Inc. (PRSI), a specialty sector within Peabody Properties, Inc. (PPI), which has provided nearly 30 years of residential support services and programs to families and seniors of their managed apartment homes.
Leveraging PRSI’s years of experience in the home care field, Compassionate Care Concierge – a new private-pay service – will provide care that is all-encompassing in its effort to promote vitality and wellness and ensure peace of mind while helping seniors to maintain comfort and quality of life at home.
The full-service holistic approach of Compassionate Care Concierge will offer a wide array of personal services, including geriatric care management (which includes comprehensive case management, service coordination, discharge planning, healthcare navigation including attendance at medical visits, provider and family liaison, interdisciplinary clinical assessment, weekly home visits with RN & LICSW, care support and lifestyle amenity coordination); personal care support (which includes bathing and grooming, dressing, transfers and mobility, homemaking, light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, grocery shopping, and companionship including outing escort and social visits); and lifestyle amenities (such as fitness and wellness, spa and salon, culinary, social and travel planning).

The Care Team at Compassionate Care Concierge is comprised of experienced and compassionate caregivers, and includes Aria Zayas, LICSW, C-ASWCM, Clinical Social Manager, with 12 years of experience in the field of social work and a master’s degree in social work; Jennifer Zajac, RN, BSN, RN/Program Development Manager, with 14 years of experience as a registered nurse; Benvinda Butler, MBA, Community Outreach Manager, with eight years of experience with the PRSI Home Care Program; and Sheryl Fernandes, RN, MSN, Quality Assurance Nurse Manager, with 16 years of experience as a registered nurse. This dedicated team is professionally trained to provide only the best of care, and each offer their unique strengths and commitment to caring for every client as though they were a member of their own family.
