Hunneman announced the completion of multiple lease transactions on behalf of Duffy Properties at Waverley Oaks Park and 400 Fifth Avenue in Waltham. The leasing activity was anchored by a long-term agreement with TG Gallagher to relocate into nearly 40,000 SF at Waverley Oaks Park. Duffy Properties was represented by the Hunneman team of Steve James, Patrick Grady, Ned Halloran, and Leeanne Rizzo. John Carroll III,Bill Lynch, Jason Rexinis and Nora Smith of Colliers represented TG Gallagher.

To accommodate ongoing growth, TG Gallagher is moving its current Cambridge headquarters to Waverley Oaks Park. The new headquarters, located at 309 Waverley Oaks Road, will total nearly40,000 SF and will consist of over 30,000 SF of collaborative workspace and 7,500 SF of flex space. TG Gallagher will occupy the spaces in the spring.

TG Gallagher selected the central location to attract and retain talented employees as well as service their clients in the field. The amenities of the Waverley Oaks Athletic Club, multiple restaurants and the Mighty Squirrel Brewery,Taproom and Gourmet Coffee Bar were additional factors.
