Leading Capital Markets Team has Combined Transactions Exceeding $8 Billion
Cushman & Wakefield today announced the hiring of David Pergola and Brian Doherty, both Executive Managing Directors, in Boston. Both had previously worked for Cushman & Wakefield; they now join from CBRE where they worked on Capital Markets and Investment Sales across office, industrial, retail and mixed-use assets throughout New England.

With over 20 years of experience in real estate, Pergola specializes in New England office, industrial and mixed-use transactions. He was recently an Executive Vice President/Partner at CBRE and previously, Executive Managing Director and Head of Cassidy Turley/DTZ's Capital Markets group. Prior to joining Cassidy Turley, Pergola led Cushman & Wakefield's middle market investment sales for New England having transacted more than $5 billion in sales and leasing transactions. He is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
Doherty specializes in office, industrial, retail and mixed-use transactions throughout New England. He has transacted more than $3 billion in total sales. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Doherty was most recently an Executive Vice President/Partner at CBRE after having previously been a Senior Managing Director on Cassidy Turley/DTZ's Capital Markets team and a Director at Cushman & Wakefield for over 10 years.
