FoxRock Properties, LLC has relocated its corporate headquarters to the heart of Quincy Center, moving into the 4th floor of 1495 Hancock Street, where it occupies 8,200 square feet. Previously, the company was based at 141 Longwater Drive in Norwell, with a satellite office in North Quincy.

FoxRock purchased 1495 Hancock in August 2017 and has since constructed a modern office environment that mirrors the corporate spaces it designs and manages for numerous commercial tenants in Quincy and on the South Shore.

There is still 13,000 SF of office space and 3,000 SF of retail space available for lease in the four-story, 35,000 SF building. Moving to the first floor of 1495 Hancock Street will be Fat Cat restaurant. Fat Cat will be anchoring the first-floor retail space and is expanding from it current restaurant location in Quincy Center.

Ward also announced that Mark Carroll has joined FoxRock as Chief Operating Officer in charge of the firm’s growing real estate portfolio. Carroll, formerly the Sr. Director of Asset Management at Campanelli in Braintree, has over 25 years of experience in commercial, industrial, and multi-family real estate. Carroll has worked on hundreds of investment and development projects totaling over $1 billion.
