Brew on the Grid is expanding to Lynn, Mass., according to Grid Hospitality Group VP, Operations, Steve Carter. The newest Brewis located at 23 Central Street and will occupy the first floor of the Vault, a 47-unit apartment complex at Central Avenue and Willow Street, better known as the Flatiron Building. The Brew opened today, Friday, August 10th.

According to Carter, Brew is a departure from the norm as it is an express coffee shop, open from 6 am until 8 pm, and is serving breakfast all day. In addition to fresh coffee and expresso, freshly baked breakfast pastries are made in-house daily.

The Brew offers coffee with unique flavor profiles that are signature to the concept. The baristas make use of a variety of brewing methods, including a Simonelli Espresso Machine, which brews an out-of-this-world espresso beverage, according to Carter. General Manager Jaime Figueroa, a Lynn native who ran for City Council in 2017, commented on the opening, “I’ve trained 20 new employees ahead of the opening of the newest Brew on the Grid. We’ve got exactly the right personalities onboard because we want to offer our customers a ’fresh and friendly’ premier coffee experience. In Lynn, we’ve also added online ordering and a third-party delivery service to make it even better.”
