Investment Thesis
Boston Properties (BXP) is a real estate investment trust (“REIT”) that owns and develops Class A office properties in the United States. The REIT has an active development pipeline that should contribute to its NOI significantly starting in 2019. In addition, its development pipeline should help increase its net asset value. Its shares are currently trading at the low end of its historical valuation. As Boston Properties' projects are completed, its shares should gradually trend higher. Therefore, investors with a long-term investment horizon will be rewarded.
