Full-service real estate and property management firm Peabody Properties will conduct two informational sessions on Thursday, January 11th, at 4 p.m. and 7 p.m., at Barstow Village, 60 Legion Drive. The information sessions will be to introduce the community to the planned Bethany Apartments, a mixed-income rental community, offering 37 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment layouts, located at 369 Washington Street (Route 53) in Hanover. The development is the historic adaptive conversion of the former Kennedy Hall dormitory into apartments.
The development is being sponsored by the Planning Office for Urban Affairs (POUA) (www.poua.org).
Move-ins are expected to take place in the spring, 2018. Residents will be selected via lottery, which is scheduled for January 30, 2018, at 11 a.m. at Barstow Village in Hanover.
