
Cushman & Wakefield announced that it has represented NEO Tech, an electronics manufacturing company, in the acquisition of 125 Fisher Street in Westborough, MA, from Rand-Whitney.
125 Fisher Street is a 198,000-square-foot complex that is settled on 25 acres of land. Located just off of Route 9, 125 Fisher Street includes 30,000 square-feet of office space, as well as manufacturing and warehouse facilities.
