Compass, the technology-driven real estate platform that is revitalizing the industry with its ground-breaking approach to property sales and marketing, has added successful agent duo Megan Kopman and Jillian Adler to the company’s agent roster. The Kopman Adler team joins Compass from Campion and Company Fine Homes Real Estate.

“Jillian and I are thrilled to join the Compass Boston team, and we are eager to take advantage of the company’s suite of agent tools. Jillian and I are committed to helping our clients find the right property. We feel confident that with Compass’s support, our team will be able to provide even greater opportunities for our clients,” said Megan Kopman.

Megan Kopman consistently ranks in the Top 20 in the entire city of Boston in all property types for total sales volume. She has achieved the National Realtors Accredited Buyer Representative Designation (ABR) for her advanced study and years of experience and successful representation of buyers, sellers, developers, and investors. Prior to launching a career in real estate, Ms. Kopman was a commercial real estate attorney at Goodwin Procter LLP where she represented lenders, borrowers/developers, large funds, private developers, and REITS in the acquisition, financing, construction, and sell out of portfolio properties nationwide. Jillian Adler has been a Massachusetts Real Estate Agent since 2009 and brings to Compass extensive experiences in Boston’s real estate and development markets. The Kopman Adler Team has had over $156,314,000 in sales volume since 2013.

“We look forward to the talent and expertise that both Megan and Jillian will contribute to our Boston operation,” said Jeffrey Heighton, Massachusetts Regional Vice President. “Megan and Jillian are accomplished agents, and Compass is thrilled to have the opportunity to support their business.”

Compass launched in Boston in 2015 and now represents approximately $575 million in annual sales in the Boston area. The company employs over 50 in-house engineers and recently launched a first of its kind live market report via a mobile app for the Boston housing market called Compass Markets. The app is designed to eliminate the need for stale quarterly market reports by putting live housing data insights directly into the hands of agents and consumers, bringing more transparency to the real estate process in luxury markets across the nation.
