Growing firm adds employees to accommodate increased client load

DMS design, llc, an award-winning full service architectural design firm that specializes in producing thoughtfully designed renovation and addition projects, custom homes, and multifamily housing projects, is proud to welcome new design and professional staff to its firm. Michael J. Doyle and Lisbeth Guerrero join as architectural drafters, and Lauri A. Stilianos as office manager.

Our company has grown by 20 percent for three years in a row, prompting us to double our office space from 1,500 SF to 3,000 SF this past February and to expand our staff. Michael J. Doyle, Architectural Drafter

As an architectural drafter, Michael will support multiple project managers with various projects ranging from single family homes to 100+ unit multifamily housing developments. Michael’s skill set includes a demonstrated ability to create highly-accurate on-site measurements and drawings. A graduate of both the Masters of Architecture and Bachelor of Science in Architecture programs at Wentworth Institute of Technology, Michael is also an active member of Wentworth’s Architecture Club.

Lisbeth Guerrero, Architectural Drafter

Also joining the design team at DMS in the role of architectural drafter, Lisbeth will collaborate with all project managers on housing and interior design projects. Lisbeth brings considerable drafting experience, ranging from schematic design through construction documents, and is skilled in feasibility studies and construction administration, including submittals, sketches, and shop drawings. Lisbeth received a Master of Business from University of Phoenix, earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Wentworth Institute of Technology, and is a licensed construction supervisor.

Lauri A. Stilianos, Office Manager

As office manager, Lauri is responsible for all administrative support and general office procedures and will provide both notary and paralegal services to DMS. Lauri brings over two decades of experience in office administration as well as expertise in preparing and filing legal documents. Lauri received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a paralegal certificate from Salem State College.
