From these interviews, she had established relationships with high-profile organizations, many with thousands of employees. What those CEOs expressed, according to Alcorn, is that there is an absolute need for a true home buying and selling benefit package that can be offered through the employer benefits programs. Stacey and the LAER team, worked closely with top Boston businesses and their HR directors to develop a one of a kind program that offers maximum value (as much as $10,000 in additional value to buyers and sellers) as a value added service offered through the employer.
