CBRE Group has been selected as the exclusive leasing agent to represent a portfolio of four of Keystone Property Group’s Westchester Class A office properties,which comprise approximately 530,000 square feet. The CBRE team of William V. Cuddy, Jr., Michael McCall, and Jacqueline Novotny will spearhead the leasing and marketing campaign on behalf of the ownership. The portfolio consists of Taxter and Talleyrand.
Taxter comprises 555 and 565 Taxter Road totaling 350,872 square feet.These two, six-story, Class A office buildings are home to numerous Fortune 500 companies. The properties are strategically located in Elmsford, New York at the convergence of I-87 and I-287 providing unparalleled visibility, direct access to the region’s large labor and customer pool, as well as a wide range of housing options, hotels, conference centers and restaurants.
