Top Massachusetts real estate firm donates back packs filled with supplies for kids in need
With kids in Massachusetts preparing to head back to school, LAER Realty Partners is proud to team up with local nonprofit organization, The Wish Project, during its annual Back Pack Attack Program to support young children in need.
The Wish Project’s Back Pack Attack program provides back packs enclosed with an array of school supplies for children in need across Massachusetts, and was established to promote a positive start to the school year for kids who otherwise would not have access to the proper tools they need to succeed. Now through September 7th, The Wish Project will be collecting back packs and supplies with a goal of filling 3,000 of them with materials such as notebooks, folders, pens, pencils, rulers, markers, index cards, etc.
“Every child deserves to be confident on their first day of school,” said Andrew Armata, co-owner of LAER Realty partners and board member of The Wish Project. “Early education is so important, and it is very rewarding to be part of a charitable organization that does great things for kids in our community. We’re proud to have contributed over 400 back packs to kids who truly needed our support as they begin a new school year.”
The Back Pack Attack program is one of the many initiatives led by The Wish Project that helps nurture local children with the daily necessities they deserve. The Wish Project was founded in 2000 and services all of Northern Massachusetts from its headquarters in Lowell, MA. LAER Realty Partners is also involved with The Be Like Brit Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, Tufts Floating Hospital, and Lazarus House Ministries.
