Cummings Properties Selects CBRE/NE To Lease Dunham Road

First class office/R&D space set on a 54-acre business campus

Cummings Properties, LLC, one of Boston’s most prominent commercial real estate developers, announced today that it has selected CBRE/New England as the exclusive leasing agent for the bucolic commercial campus on Dunham Road in Beverly, MA. The 54-acre campus at 48, 50 and 52 Dunham Road features one of the few remaining developable sites with frontage on Route 128 and is well suited for corporate office/R&D headquarters.

CBRE/NE’s Mike Ripp and Kerry Hawkins will spearhead the leasing efforts for this assignment, which comprises the pre-leasing of land sites 48 and 52 Dunham Road in addition to the existing lease-up of 50 Dunham Road. The overall development presents opportunities for companies seeking 10,000 to 313,000 RSF spanning three office buildings.

At the center of the campus is 50 Dunham, former headquarters of Parker Brothers and Atari. Leasing at this existing 100,000 SF building has progressed rapidly, with 85,000 SF already occupied. The location is now home to several firms, including Microline Surgical and Green Banana SEO.

Across the drive, adjacent to 48 Dunham Road, is a newly constructed 500-car parking garage, featuring pedestrian bridges serving the campus.

Foundations are complete and utility work is well underway for first class office and R&D buildings at 48 and 52 Dunham Road. These five-story structures will be 144,000 SF and 154,000 SF, respectively.

Both buildings will be state-of-the-art, featuring modern design and finishes, energy-efficient construction, build-to-suit open floorplans, and extensive window lines. 52 Dunham Road will also offer picturesque pond views.
