Christie & Tito Represent Seller & Procure buyer in Sale of 26-units in Manchester, NH
NAI Hunneman, a leading provider of commercial real estate services, recently brokered the $1.85 Million sale of the 26-unit Maynard School apartment complex located at 455 Union Street & 222 Merrimack Street in Manchester, New Hampshire.
Executive Vice Presidents Carl Christie & Robert Tito represented the seller Kendrick Investment Corp., and procured the buyer WBC Orange Street Investments.
“The property includes several large units with high ceilings, unique layouts and off-street parking making it a nice addition for the buyer who was looking to expand their holdings in the region,” said Christie.
The Maynard School Apartments is a former school converted in 1987 into a 21-unit brick apartment building located at 455 Union Street. The sale also included the abutting 5-unit building at 222 Merrimack Street.
