BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Press Ganey today announced that Jeffrey N. Doucette, DNP, RN, NEA-BC, FACHE, FAAN, has joined the organization as Chief Nursing Officer. Doucette most recently served as senior vice president and chief nursing officer at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals in Philadelphia, where he led the strategic direction and leadership of the Division of Nursing and Patient Care Services and played a critical role in cultivating and sustaining nursing excellence.

Doucette, a widely recognized and accomplished nurse leader, comes to Press Ganey with nearly 30 years of experience spent largely in leadership and executive nursing roles. Throughout his career, Doucette has focused on enabling the delivery of exceptional patient and family experiences through innovation, education, and nursing excellence. He will lead Press Ganey’s focus on improving patient and caregiver experience and developing nursing leadership at health care organizations nationwide. He will also play an integral role in the company’s workforce initiatives, including the forthcoming Workforce Well-Being Collaborative, which focuses on supporting caregivers as they deal with the ongoing challenges of the pandemic.

Doucette will join Press Ganey as Chief Nursing Officer on April 26, 2021.
