Hinckley Allen Expands Partnership, Elevating Kate N. Kishfy to Partner

Hinckley Allen named experienced trusts and estate attorney Kate N. Kishfy its newest partner, effective January 1, 2021.

Kate practices with Hinckley Allen’s Trusts & Estate group. She focusses on trusts and estates, including estate planning, estate and trust administration, income tax planning and charitable giving. In particular, Kate specializes in drafting estate plans that accomplish wealth transfer objectives and minimize tax burdens. Kate is also experienced in probate and trust administration, including representing fiduciaries in the settlement of estates. Kate also advises non-profit organizations on a variety of tax, compliance, charitable giving and organizational matters.

Kate began her work at Hinckley Allen as an Associate in 2013. She is based out of the firm’s Providence, Rhode Island office and has bar memberships in Rhode Island, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Florida.
