Littlejohn & Co. Promotes Steven Kalter to Managing Director

GREENWICH, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Littlejohn & Co., LLC, a private investment firm based in Greenwich, CT, today announced the promotion of Steven Kalter to Managing Director.

Throughout his time with the firm, Mr. Kalter played an instrumental role on many successful Littlejohn investments, including Installed Building Products, SunSource, GSE Environmental and Henniges Automotive. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Littlejohn portfolio companies, including Brown Jordan International, The Cook & Boardman Group, Kaman Distribution Group, and Dana Kepner Company.

Mr. Kalter began his career with Littlejohn as an Associate from 2002 to 2005. He rejoined the firm as a Vice President in 2010 after serving as a senior credit analyst at Longacre Fund Management. Mr. Kalter earned a B.S., cum laude, in Economics with a concentration in finance and management from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. He received an M.B.A. with highest distinction from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
