Luciano Racco
Trade and export specialist Luciano Racco has joined Foley Hoag LLP as counsel and co-chair of its Trade Sanctions & Export Control practice, the firm announced today. He is resident in the Washington, D.C. office.
Racco advises clients on international trade compliance regulations, including sanctions and export controls, under the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) regulations, Export Administration Regulations (EAR), Foreign Trade Regulations (FTR), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) regulations.

Prior to joining Foley Hoag, Racco was Assistant General Counsel – Global Trade at Raytheon Technologies’ Collins Aerospace division as well as its Pratt & Whitney division. Before that, he practiced at an international law firm in Washington, D.C., and a Connecticut-based law firm where he focused on international trade compliance and investigations.
Racco earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and History from the College of the Holy Cross. His Juris Doctorate is from Vanderbilt University Law School.
