BayCoast Bank is pleased to announce that June D. Goguen has been promoted to Senior Vice President and Commercial Lending Team Leader for the Greater New Bedford area.

In this role, Goguen, whose previous title was First Vice President Commercial Lending Team leader, is responsible for leading the Bank’s commercial division lending team in the Greater New Bedford region; as such she will continue to develop new commercial loan business and enhance customer relationships with existing commercial clients.

Goguen joined BayCoast Bank in 2014 with more than 27 years of experience in the banking industry; previous to BayCoast Bank she was a Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer for Bridgewater Savings Bank and Eastern Bank. Her professional background also includes tenure as a Project Manager with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Economic Development’s Office of Business Development (MOBD).

Goguen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts – Dartmouth.

Goguen currently sits on numerous boards, including Clerk of the Waterfront Historic Area League. She has also served on several other non-profit boards of directors in the New Bedford region over the years.

She and her husband Robert reside in Rochester, Massachusetts.
