In this role, he oversees the essential operations of the company, verifying each day that the backup systems work, that all antivirus protections are updated, and that all potential infrastructure threats are resolved.

Wright joined I.T.WORKS! 11 years ago, starting as a Help Desk Engineer, and worked his way into his current role. He says, “Over my time here, I’ve held many positions in the company!”

He earned an Associate’s Degree from Cape Cod Community College. While he enjoys music in his spare time and is a vocalist in a heavy metal band, he acknowledges, “Most of the time I just work. This is a very busy company and the need for strong IT services has never been greater.” He does admit to being an avid sports car enthusiast.
