Barach will serve as the moderator on the Social Law Library’s webinar, “COVID-19: Divorce Questions and 19 Possible Solutions,” on August 11, 2020 at 4pm. Chief Justice John D. Casey will provide opening remarks and the program will cover possible solutions to issues brought upon the divorce practice by the pandemic. Specifically, the panel will discuss marital division including property valuation, alimony considerations, child support and modifications and issues pertaining to child custody.
