North Easton Savings Bank announces the retirement of Stephen Pike, Senior Vice President and Chief Lending Officer, after 19 years of service to the bank.

Throughout his career with North Easton Savings Bank, Pike was responsible for the lending and servicing processes for the bank, while being a constant contributor to local support efforts. He joined North Easton Savings Bank in 2001 with a strong background in lending; previously owning his own mortgage company and working for other area lending facilities.

A resident of Duxbury, Pike is also treasurer of the Edwina Martin House, a member of the advisory board of NeighborWorks Housing Solutions, and a founding member and board member of the Brockton Housing Partnership. He is also the former chairman of the Brockton Water Commission.

According to Pike, highlights of his career include “working with the wonderful employees of the bank and participating in community activities and supporting the nonprofits in the local communities we serve.” Pike’s retirement plans include travel, reading, gardening, and spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren.

Pike earned a degree in philosophy from Boston College and had a career in coaching prior to banking. He coached all levels of swimming and water polo, including for six years at Harvard University. His final day at the bank was July 17, 2020.
