BayCoast Bank is pleased to announce Connie J. Dagwan of Berkley, Massachusetts, as a Vice President/Regional Manager.

In this role, she implements branch efforts to meet the financial needs of customers and executes strategies to achieve goals developed for each branch office within her assigned region. Dagwan has a self-identified focus to “coach, train and develop colleagues in delivering best in class customer service” for the present and future. Her responsibilities also include oversight of daily operations, budget management and setting performance objectives.

Dagwan, who is fluent in Portuguese, joins BayCoast Bank with 19 years of experience in the financial services industry, most recently as Regional Sales Manager with Citizens Bank in Bristol County.
