Margulies Perruzzi (MP), one of New England’s most innovative architectural and interior design firms, announced today that principal and senior partner Marc Margulies, FAIA, LEED AP will be presenting on the future of commercial real estate after COVID-19 for a speaker series organized by Boston University (BU). The focus of this panel presentation will be the reality of space usage moving forward for office, retail, and industrial following the COVID-19 pandemic.

Marc was selected to participate on the panel as a recognized leader in real estate industry-related organizations, including the founding of the IFMA Boston Chapter, and on the Boards of CoreNet and NAIOP. He was named Collaborating Professional of the year by the Commercial Broker’s Association (CBA) and is a founding member of the Wharf District Council, Boston, whose mission is to bring the neighborhood together to discuss and deal with matters related to planning, development, construction, transportation and community related issues.

The firm (MP)has just completed a survey of its clients soliciting feedback on space usage, configuration, and employee and customer interaction. This information will be part of a larger report on the workplace of the future; returning to the workplace during, and post Covid-19; and what that might look like for organizations planning for recovery.
