Jaclyn L. McNeely
Boston labor and employment law firm Morgan, Brown & Joy announces that Jaclyn L. McNeely has joined the firm as an associate. McNeely counsels and represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including workplace discrimination, leave laws, wage and hour disputes, collective bargaining and grievance arbitration, unfair labor practices, and any related litigation that may arise.
Prior to joining the firm, McNeely worked at another Boston law firm, counseling and representing plaintiffs in a variety of employment-related issues including discrimination, wage and hour, and contract disputes. During this time, she gained critical perspective on employer/employee relationship
