Terramor Outdoor Resort, a new type of outdoor luxury experience coming to the Acadia National Park area, will be ready for opening in the summer of 2020. Fuseideas has been named as the official agency according to Dennis Franczak, CEO of the full-service advertising firm headquartered in Boston.
Located on the West Side of Mount Desert Island, the new 60-acre Terramor property will feature 64 luxury canvas tents centered around a lodge featuring a restaurant and bar and offer a store and equipment rentals. The property will also feature a nature-inspired pool and outdoor recreation areas where guests can relax and socialize.
Terramor Outdoor Resort is being developed by Kampgrounds of America Inc., the largest provider of family camping experience in North America. Terramor Outdoor Resort will be operated as a separate entity from KOA’s camping system in North America.

Fuseideas’ assignment is providing marketing strategy, media planning and buying and website design and development services and will be handled by the agency’s Boston and Portland, Maine offices.
