Boston law firm Rackemann, Sawyer & Brewster announces that Heather M. Gamache has joined as a Director in the firm’s Litigation practice. Gamache is an experienced trial lawyer and civil litigator. Previously, she served as a partner at the Boston-based law firm Prince Lobel Tye.

Gamache has a broad focus on real estate and commercial litigation matters. She represents residential and mixed-use condominium associations and individual unit owners in condominium disputes including declaratory judgment actions, construction defect actions, fiduciary duty claims and collection actions. In addition to her litigation practice, she advises condominium associations on all aspects of condominium governance. Gamache also represents business clients in contract disputes, tortious interference with advantageous relations claims, breach of warranty actions, and 93A claims.

Gamache is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She earned her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and graduated cum laude from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
