Boston law firm Sherin and Lodgen LLP announces that David I. Brody, an attorney in the firm’s employment law and litigation departments, moderated the program, “Litigating Employment Cases: Recent Trends and Rule Changes,” at the Boston Bar Association (BBA) on June 10, 2019.

Sponsored by the BBA Labor and Employment Law Section, the program provided valuable insight regarding recent rule changes and how the changes affect employment litigation in Superior Court. The panel also addressed trends in discrimination and wage and hour cases coming out of the Massachusetts Appeals Court and the Supreme Judicial Court.

Brody’s practice focuses on executive advocacy and complex employment litigation. He represents a variety of clients in a wide range of matters, including wage and hour issues, wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, whistleblowing, and contract negotiation and enforcement. He has represented clients in both federal and state courts in Massachusetts and in Public Hearings before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD) and the Civil Service Commission.
