Boston law firm Sherin and Lodgen LLP announces that Jaclyn L. McNeely, an associate in the firm’s Employment Law Department, has been chosen as Co-Chair of the Women’s Bar Association (WBA) of Massachusetts New Lawyers Committee.
McNeely represents clients in a wide range of matters, including wage and hour issues, wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, and contract negotiation and enforcement. Her expertise includes advising clients on FMLA, FLSA, Massachusetts Wage Act, and parental leave. She is also a member of the Massachusetts Employment Lawyers Association (MELA).
