Previously in her career, Kelli collaborated with many top names to develop award-winning learning strategies. She was involved in solutioning a multi-million digital learning solution for a global fortune 500 client that reduced costs by 47%, as well as successfully expanded a LMS / TMS partner relationship providing learning and performance services. As a thought leader, Kelli is also a well-respected presenter on trending topics such as, scaling digitally and gaining more learner engagement.
Kelli is a driven business development executive with over twenty-five years of experience in sales, account development, client relations, relationship management, and L&D consulting. She demonstrates exceptional skill at building long-term quality relationships, along with outstanding customer service.

Kelli earned her BA in Sociology and Psychology from Southern Methodist University and her Master’s in Business Administration from Aberystwyth University. Kelli enjoys spending time with her boys and boxer, gardening, upping her grilling skills, and fitness.
